Abraham Moss Community School are running a holiday programme over February half term with a lot of participation and support from FC United.
- Our football coaches are employed full-time running the football sessions
- Local people who are training to run a homework club are running a variety of other activities as volunteers
- A tutor from the Manchester Adult Education serve is running a two day banner workshop so that local parents and children can make a banner for people United day
- They are supported by our part-time adult education tutor who is accrediting participants’ employability skills
- The whole thing is being filmed by a student from Salford University who wanted to do his final year film and media project on FC United’s world-famous community work.
- Our former youth worker, Michael Wellington is running cookery activities for children as part of the programme.
