Sponsor Ups His Contribution

Hot on the heels of Margy’s contribution, today we bring news of an existing FC United sponsor rolling up his sleeves after reading the MEN news article.

Yesterday morning FC United Board member Adrian Seddon received an email from Kasim Jameel, director of one of our current sponsors Crystal Vehicle Rental Services, asking for a call as he had just read the MEN news article about our club. After explaining that the club statement had been a rallying call to supporters the immediate reaction from Kasim was “how can my company help????

Within an hour a proposal had been put to Kasim and accepted for his company to take out a block sponsorship of all remaining players and coaching staff not currently sponsored. The following player and coaches will therefore now be sponsored by Crystal Vehicle Rental Services: Daz Lyons, Gary Vaughan, Mike Jones, Chris Chantler, Dale Tonge, Tom Brown, Zac Corbett, Jason Gilchrist, Nathan Lowe, Dale Johnson, Jake Williams, Kisimba Kisimba, Gareth Arnison, Chris Hill and Harry Pratt.



FC United board member Sam Mullock wanted to thank Kasim for his continued support, saying “Crystal Vehicle Rental Services is a new sponsor for this season who initially signed up to a 4 advertising banner deal. Since then Kasim has shown a real interest in our community program, sponsoring the Alan Henning Memorial match we held at Broadhurst Park as part of People United Day and also a Xmas goodwill initiative we will be announcing shortly. His latest sponsorship is greatly appreciated by us all.???

We don’t all have a company who can sponsor FC United but we can all help our club. As football fans simply ensuring you make every effort to come to Broadhurst Park over the remainder of the season will make a big difference. You may think just one person won’t make a difference but if 500 of you make that decision that makes £4,500 more per match. Once you’re in the ground drop off your loose change in the Development Fund barrels, have a drink or two in the SMRE bar and a bite to eat in the function room.
