Traffic Impact Survey on Tuesday 6th December

Please note, Man City are playing Celtic at home on Tuesday -Members will remember we recently secured planning consent to remove the planning condition which prevented us playing at Broadhurst Park on the same day MCFC are at home.

As part of this consent we are required to have a traffic impact survey done on the night of the first mid week clash on a week night which is this Tuesday v Nuneaton when City are playing Celtic at home. And the Club is keen to ensure this goes well.

With this in mind the Club would like to remind members of our commitment to our Travel Plan which looks to encourage supporters to travel to the ground using public transport to minimise traffic impact within our neighbourhood.

There will be no football specials but there are regular services bus services from town with full information on our Travel Hub:

The Metrolink is running a normal service this Tuesday. The nearest stop is Newton Heath & Moston and there is the usual free shuttle bus running to the ground from the Railway Pub which is close to this station.

Any supporters driving might want to leave more time as traffic is likely to be heavier than normal. Please park considerately using our official car park at St Matthews school or the unrestricted on street spaces along Lightbowne Road.
