Considerate car parking

Analysis of the statistics on the pre-booking of car parking spaces indicates that we are regularly over subscribed for the spaces designated for Blue badge holders. Accordingly we would ask those volunteers and staff availing themselves of parking on the main car park, to occupy only those spaces behind the SMRE thus allowing those people with mobility issues (essentially but not exclusively Blue Badge holders) use of the sixty spaces in the vicinity of Herbies catering unit.

Additionally, given that we have only a very limited number of wider bays designated for wheelchair users, we would ask any entitled users to avoid occupying these spaces, unless they are transporting/assembling wheelchairs and/or larger walking aids.
