Ex-Keeper Priestley sings clubs praises

Phil Priestly, who was released by the club a few weeks ago has nothing but praise for FC United. Phil joined Radcliffe Borough, but has now joined Chorley, and had the following to say to this weeks Non League Paper:

"It was amazing, unbelievable. FC United are massive. Like most Non League clubs, you can still socialise with supporters - only there are 2500 to 3000 of them!"

"Some people say that when the Glazers lose interest in Manchester United the whole FC United thing will collapse. I don’t think that will happen because some United supporters watch FC when Manchester United are away"

"If United have kicked off earlier in the day, they will come and watch FC later in the afternoon"

"And with FC’s huge fanbase they will have no problems getting players to sign for them".
