Announcing Youth United Day - 1st March 2008 - kids go free
FC United is a community based football club committed to providing affordable and accessible live football for all communities of Greater Manchester. Youth United Day is a special event designed to allow young people to experience our match day atmosphere and community based football for free.

Youth United Day will take place on 1st March 2008, at FC United’s home game vs. Bamber Bridge FC at Gigg Lane, Bury.
Pre-match events:
There are various events taking place before the match (from 12.30pm), including:
At Bethesda Church:
o Face painting
o Banner making
o Theatre workshops
At Gigg Lane:
o Free fair-trade snacks (provided by the Co-op)
o Healthy eating taster sessions
o Free team posters (opportunity to get players’ autographs pitchside)
o Martial Arts display (on the pitch at half-time)
Admission details
Under 18s will gain free admission to the game through one of our dedicated turnstiles.
The pay on the gate adult price is £7.50. If you are involved with a youth or community group and wish to buy adult tickets in advance there is an opportunity to benefit from our ’cash-back’ scheme.
