The long way round
John Reed and son are inviting FC Fans to bid 50p to guess the mileage for their journey from Ossett Albion to Newcastle Blue Star VIA FRANKFURT next week.
The winner gets a crate of 24 bottles of Kolsch Lager straight from Cologne - all John and Duncan have to do is get back in time for Newcastle Blue Star on 15th March.

A bid form is available in the downloads section of the development fund site which you should pass back to John or email to him using the address provided in the form, or sent to PO Box 358 Sale M33 2XR ( postal entries need to be in by Wednesday 12th).

Clue: it’s 223 miles from Manchester to Folkestone, but you can always guess via MultiMap - diversions will be via the supermarkets in Calais and the final mileage will include getting lost finding their hotel.
