Danny Williams suffers a broken leg

FC United regret to announce that Danny Williams has broken his leg.

Danny was carried off after a crunching tackle in Saturday’s game against Whitby Town and went to the hospital straight after the match where an x-ray revealed the full extent of his injury.

Danny has to go back to hospital on Thursday as there was too much swelling to put the leg in plaster on Saturday night.

The club will endeavour to keep supporters up-to-date about Danny’s injury and recovery.
