Marine FC announce arrangements for the visit of FC United of Manchester.

The game is to be all ticket with capacity set at 1,750.

Marine FC announces that the arrangements for the first ever visit of FC United of Manchester to the Arriva Stadium, Crosby have now been approved following consultation with Merseyide Police.

The match, to be played on Saturday 28th March 2009, is to be all ticket with Marine being allocated 750 tickets for the College Rd end of the ground and FC United of Manchester 1,000 tickets for the remainder of the ground.

Admission to the ground for FCUM supporters will be via turnstiles 1 and 2 on College Road and for Marine supporters via gates 3 and 4 accessible via the car park to the front of the Stadium.

There will be no tickets on sale on the day of the game and admission will be strictly by ticket only. Ticket prices will be Adults £8 and concessions £4.

Marine FC season ticket holders are required to obtain a match ticket for which there will be no charge on production of their season tickets. Because of the increased costs of policing and stewarding inside the ground the Marine FC Community Season tickets will not be valid for this game.

The game kicks off at 3pm but supporters are asked to arrive early to ease congestion.

Tickets for the game will be on sale to FC United of Manchester supporters at their home games v Frickley Athletic on Saturday 14th March at the ticket office at Bury FC, Gigg Lane from 1pm and Ashton Utd on Wednesday 25th March also at the ticket office from 6pm.

Tickets for the game will be on sale to Marine supporters at their home games v Frickley Athletic on Saturday 28th February, Hednesford Town on Saturday 14th March and Eastwood Town on Tuesday 17th March in addition to being on sale each evening after 6pm at the Marine FC Clubrooms, College Rd, Crosby L23 3AS from Sunday 1st March.

Please note tickets can be purchased for cash only.

Consultations continue with Sefton Council and Merseyside Police who have confirmed that there will be a Police presence both inside and outside the Stadium through the afternoon of the game.

Marine Chairman Paul Leary said: "To enable Marine Football Club, in conjunction with the authorities, to provide the appropriate resources for the day the only option available to us was to make the match all ticket especially after considering that there are no Premiership games on the day of our game.

"It is important that we are able to look after all supporters attending the game and that we plan accordingly and our ongoing discussions and assistance from the officials of FC United of Manchester, Sefton Council and Merseyside Police will help us to do that.
