FCUM in Newton Heath - Donate via Paypal Now

As you are probably well aware from recent press coverage and from correspondence direct from the club, FC United have announced plans to build a football ground and community sports facilities in Newton Heath, Manchester.

Further details on the funding package required to make this project a reality will be announced at the Club’s forthcoming General Meeting on April 25th. In the meantime, supporters need to be aware that the entire plan hinges on the Club being able to raise £500,000 through donations and fundraising. Over £200,000 has already been raised but another £250-300,000 is still needed as soon as possibe.

To help raise the money required, FC United would like to make supporters aware that they can now donate using Paypal and the reference developmentfund@fc-utd.co.uk - we have already received donations but we still have a very long way to go.

It would always be more beneficial if donations can be sent direct to the club’s office address or via internet or telehone banking so that you and the Club avoid paying fees. We know that is not always possible so the setting up of a Paypal account gives supporters an extra way of making donations.

There are a number of ways in which you also can help FC United reach this target, as outlined in a leaflet which was given to supporters at the recent home game versus Kendal Town. You can help by setting up or increasing existing Standing Orders to the DF, putting your loose change in the DF barrels at Gigg Lane, visiting the DF stall on matchdays and by buying £1 For The Ground half time draw tickets.
