Ludovic Quistin

FC United’s Guadeloupe international Ludovic Quistin is recovering from a knee operation and will be out of action for a number of months after sustaining the injury in our pre-season friendly with Cliftonville in Belfast.

Quistin, who made 28 appearances for the Reds last season, returned to France after the match to undergo surgery. Assistant manager Roy Soule said: "Ludo was in a lot of pain, so he booked himself a flight to France to have an operation. He’s currently recovering over there and unfortunately, he’ll probably be out for a good few months.

"I’ve spoken to him on the phone a few times to see how he’s doing and he said to say hello to everyone. He’s still committed to FC United and although he has been looking to better himself by taking trials with league clubs, he has been doing so with our blessing. The same goes for any player at the club who gets that kind of opportunity."??
