Match day sponsorship

The new fixture list is out and we now have the job of finding a match sponsor and a matchball sponsor for every home game. To do so we will need the help of all our supporters.

Do you know somebody who would like to be a match sponsor or a matchball sponsor? Could you or the organisation you work for sponsor a match or a matchball?

This is what the match sponsor gets; six tickets, food and drink for the holders of those tickets. A logo on the front page of the programme, a half page advert in the programme itself. A mention on any publicity we do for the game and you get to nominate the man of the match.

So if you would like to do some ‘corporate entertainment’ at a football match with plenty of atmosphere or you want to really impress your mates or you just want to give the club some money and have some fun while you do it, maybe a match sponsorship is for you!

The matchball sponsor gets to present the matchball and then receive a signed matchball and gets a mention in the programme. They also get two tickets to the game. So, if you have a birthday or anniversary coming up, if you run a business that would like a memento of your support for the club that you can put on display or if you are in a supporters’ group that would like to chip in to help the club’s finances then maybe you should consider being a matchball sponsor.

A matchball sponsorship costs £100 + VAT and a match sponsorship costs £400 + VAT. However, we are doing a special offer for the first two league games of the season. Because of the comparative short notice for these matches, we will knock 25% off the price for whoever signs up for Nelson on Wednesday 16th August and Nantwich on Saturday 19th.
