Ground alterations

As with last season, the club is expecting that a large amount of our away fixtures will be moved to other venues to accommodate our vast army of travelling fans. So far there are two such changes to tell you about.

On Saturday 9th September our game against Trafford has been moved to Altrincham’s Moss Lane ground where there will be a 2pm kick off. Prices are £7 adults, £4 concessions and it will be pay on the gate.

On Saturday 23rd September we take on Doncaster’s Brodsworth Miners Welfare in the FA Vase, but the game will be played in Rotherham at the Millmoor Ground. This game is all ticket with prices at £7 adults, £5 concessions and £2 under 18s.

Details of distribution will follow, but there should be no problems with gaining tickets for all Reds wanting to make the trip as the capacity at Millmoor is 7,500.

It should also be noted that if we draw with Brodsworth MW the replay will take place at Gigg lane on Wednesday the 27th September kick off 7.45pm, meaning our scheduled away game to Salford City on the 26th will have to be postponed.
