Thanks to Shelley for DF donation

Many thanks to Shelley who have contacted FC United today to let us know how much they enjoyed the friendly last Saturday and have generously offered to donate some of their income from the day to our Development Fund. This will be in addition to our usual share of the gate money.

Lee Henton, Shelley’s Club Secretary said "It was great to have so many FC United fans visit our club and we hope everyone had a fantastic day. It was a shame our pavilion wasn’t open in time, but as the weather was so good, everyone managed well with the food and drink stalls. We wanted to make an additional donation to your ground fund, because we know how difficult it has been with our project for building the pavilion and we’re pleased you’re so close to starting your own build project. We wish FC United every success and hope to play you again sometime in the future."

The attendance at Shelley was 387, which is now their ground record, beating their previous highest crowd by well over 200!
