The Search for FC Sporting Brains

As part of the Olympic legacy, the Stamford fixture at Gigg Lane on August 24th will give FC fans a chance to show off their knowledge of the club, other sports and the recent Olympics – the prize? - an FC Egghead Award and being hosted in the Lounge Bar with three friends at a home league fixture of your choice.

Fans entering the ground on Saturday will be handed a flyer and asked to complete the questions and return their answers in collection boxes next to the Barrels or to the Membership Stall after the game or send to the club office by September 2nd. Fans are free to check the internet to see if they can find the answers. The winner will be announced at the Witton game on Tuesday 3rd September and, if there is more than one winner, then all the names will be put into a hat and the winner drawn at half time that evening.
