Today's game against Nantwich is off

After a pitch inspection at 9am, Bury’s Gigg Lane pitch has been declared unplayable due to being waterlogged and today’s game against Nantwich Town has been postponed.

The playing surface has not recovered from the heavy rain that fell during our game against Trafford on Tuesday night. The ground staff have been working hard to repair the pitch but their efforts have been hampered by additional downpours throughout the week.

FC United apologises to all those supporters disappointed and inconvenienced by the news.
