FC United launches largest-ever supporters' survey

FC United has launched its largest and most important survey of FC United supporters it has ever undertaken.

The feedback from the survey will be invaluable to the club as it develops its activities and plans for the future, especially as it gears up for the move to a new ground and community facility in Moston.

As well as helping your club, by taking part in the survey you could also win one of ten great prizes.

FC United board member Adam Brown said: "We want your input whether you are an FC United member or not and whether you have attended every game, or have only been once or twice. All input is important to us and will help us as we develop the club and our facilities into the future."

The survey takes around 20-25 minutes, so your patience is appreciated. There are some sections which are optional but please do try and complete as much as you can as the survey will provide vital information. Please spare the time to take part if you can. It will help inform the club about your views, about our supporter base and values, and in planning for the new ground and facilities at Moston.

Prize Draw

As a thank you for taking part, everyone who completes the survey can be entered into a prize draw for TEN fantastic prizes:

- The 1st Prize is a top tablet computer
- 2nd prize is a VIP Access All Areas visit to a home game where you+1 get to see and see and hear the pre-match and post-match talk by the manager; watch the game from next to the dugout; meet the manager and players after the match and have free tickets to the lounge during the day*.
- Two 3rd Prizes of season tickets to FC United for our inaugural season at our new stadium at Moston.
- Three 4th Prizes of an FC shirt signed by the manager and squad
