Stonewall to highlight FC's campaigning stand

Stonewall, the lesbian, gay and bisexual charity, is filming at the Witton Albion game tomorrow to highlight the campaigning stand that FC took recently in supporting the charity’s Rainbow Laces initiative.

Stonewall want to profile some of the clubs that took part in Rainbow Laces for a special video they are making to promote their work and FC United has been chosen as one of the clubs they are featuring. Most of the other clubs being featured are much bigger than FC so it’s a real plus for the club to be featured in this way. Amongst others, Stonewall will be interviewing FC United’s women’s team keeper Mary Priestner, who initially brought the campaign to the club’s attention.
