Travel

By Coach:

The Club will be running a coach to this fixture which is currently fully booked.

By Car:

Stourbridge FC strongly recommend that FC United supporters DO NOT come through Wolverhampton on the day (it’s the shortest route as the crow flies) as this will take supporters directly past Molineux, where Wolves are at Home to Nottingham Forest on the day and people WILL GET DELAYED

For those supporters intending on visiting the Duncan Edwards memorial in Dudley, they should exit the M5 at Junction 2 and follow the main A4123 into Dudley itself.

From North or East

Leave the M5 at Junction 3 and take the A456 towards Stourbridge and Kidderminster. In about five miles, turn right at traffic lights in Hagley to pick up the A491 into Stourbridge, then follow the A491 through Pedmore and Oldswinford onto the Stourbridge Ring-Road (one-way). Follow the ring-road round past the Crystal Leisure Centre and Tesco Extra on your right and get in the left-hand lane signposted for Wolverhampton A491. As the ring-road dips, take the A491 exit and the ground will shortly be on the left hand side of the road - opposite the church.

Alternatively from the North (if problems reported on M6/M5 interchange)

Leave the M6 at Junction 12 and at the roundabout at the top, go right on to the A5 (towards Telford). In just over a mile, go left at a roundabout to join the A449 dual carriageway towards Wolverhampton. In about 8 miles go right to join the Wolverhampton Ring-Road (A4150)and follow signs for Kidderminster A449, heading past Molineux in the process. Go straight over the Chapel Ash roundabout. At the large Penn Road Roundabout, take the A449 exit for Kidderminster (by Mercedes Benz Wolverhampton dealership)and head through Penn and then past exits for Wombourne and later head by the Himley Cricket Club ground until you reach Wall Heath. At the roundabout where the A449 meets the A491 take the first exit for the A491 towards Stourbridge for around 4 miles. Follow this road through the centres of Kingswinford, Wordsley and Amblecote. The ground lies on the right on the approach to Stourbridge Ring-Road, just past Magnet and Stourminster Motor House (Vauxhall dealers).

From South / South East

Take the M5 north or M40/M42 to Junction 4 of the M5 and take the A491 signposted for Stourbridge for around 6 miles. In Hagley, at the large roundabout where the A491 meets the A456 take the third exit (for Stourbridge and Birmingham) and just before you reach the next set of traffic lights, take the filter lane on the left to continue on the A491 towards Stourbridge.

Carry on along the A491 for around two miles through Pedmore and Oldswinford and join Stourbridge Ring Road (one-way). Follow the ring-road round past the Crystal Leisure Centre and Tesco Extra on your right and get in the left-hand lane signposted for Wolverhampton A491. As the ring-road dips, take the A491 exit and the ground will shortly be on the left hand side of the road - opposite the Royal Oak Public House.

Parking:

Please note there is very limited car parking at, and around the ground and a charge of £1 will be required by all supporters. Parking is on a strictly first come basis. There is parking available in the immediate area, but please DO NOT park in the sheltered accommodation cul-de-sac next to the ground, to allow Emergency access at all times.

Supporters are requested to park away from the ground or use public transport, where possible. Please be respectful of local residents when parking and avoid blocking any drives.
