Community shares - top up or sign up to get us to Moston

There’s no doubt that 2015 promises to be a momentous year for FC United as we celebrate our tenth anniversary in the summer and before then move into our new ground at Broadhurst Park in Moston.

Thanks to the magnificent support of our members, more than 1,500 people have donated over £1.9m in community shares to help us realise our dream of a new ground and community facility in Moston. Many people have topped up their investment, for which we are very grateful. Now, with less than £50,000 left to raise, we just need another extra push to hit our target of £2 million.

Our members have already shown what can be achieved when ordinary people come together with a common purpose. We have shown that there is a viable alternative to the way that football is currently financed and run and we should all share a great sense of pride in that.



We are now within touching distance of reaching that £2 million community shares target and have just under £50,000 left to raise. You can help us reach that target by topping up your current investment in the scheme or by signing up for new shares if you have yet to do so. If all those who have community shares topped up their investment by just £50, then we would hit our target at a stroke.

With less than £50,000 left to raise, we just need a small extra push to hit our target of £2m. Every extra pound we can raise in community shares is crucial to the club. In this our tenth anniversary year, what better way to celebrate the landmark of our own ground than by ensuring that we exceed our target on community shares to show what football supporters working together can achieve.
