On Tuesday 17th February, 5th place FC United will play Ashton United, currently in 3rd place of the Evo-stik League, to decide if either club will move into 2nd place at the end of the evening. The match will be played at Curzon Ashton’s home ground at
Tameside Stadium, Richmond Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, OL7 9HG, kick off 7.45pm.
The upstairs bar will be open.
Admission Arrangements
Please assist our volunteer turnstile operators by arriving early and entering the ground by the correct turnstile.
Four turnstiles will be open.
Two turnstiles 1 & 2 near the statue will take cash:
Turnstile 1: Concessions £5, Juniors £2. Families that need to stay together can go through this turnstile.
Turnstile 2: Adults only, £8
Two
turnstiles 3 & 4 at the other end of the car park will take season tickets and complimentary tickets.
Access for
wheelchairs and pushchairs will be through the stewards’ gate to the left of the statue.
Parents and guardians who carry small children are invited to use this access. All categories accepted through the stewards’ gate.
The
early gate will be turnstile 1 and will open at 6.15pm. All categories accepted.
The
late gate will be turnstile 1 and will stay open until at least 8.15pm. Full price entry will apply while the late gate is open. All categories accepted.
Public Transport
The nearest
tram stop is Ashton West, the last stop before Ashton-under-Lyne on the Eccles to Ashton line. Trams will run every 12 minutes throughout the evening. The stop is 6 or 7 minutes’ walk from the ground.
The nearest
train stop is Ashton-under-Lyne, the first stop on the Manchester Victoria to Huddersfield. It is about a mile from the ground.
