Venue

The meeting is being held at The Central Methodist Hall on Oldham Street, Manchester. The meeting will begin at 7pm, but the doors will be open from 6pm and we ask that members try to arrive early to avoid missing the start.

There will be tables for members to sign in at, where you will also collect your voting form. Please bring with you the explanation booklet that came through the post with the notification of the meeting.

Members are also asked to bring with them their membership card and some form of identification.

Please note that the AGM is for members over the age of 16 only.

You have the chance to vote on who you want to represent your club. Use your One Member One Vote.

The club will also be presenting its plans for the next 3 years and outlining plans for facilities and future development.
