Places and spaces for hire at Broadhurst Park

FC United’s football ground and community facility at Broadhurst Park in Moston, north Manchester, is more than just a place to play and watch football on a Saturday afternoon. It’s also a great place to hold a function, a meeting, a party, a community event or a conference and it’s also the ideal spot for organisations and companies to hold away days in an inspiring setting.

Function rooms



Located on the first floor, in the main stand, with fantastic views overlooking the pitch, our brand new function suite caters for up to 200 people and can be hired by organisations and individuals for parties, meetings and events.

The main room is very versatile and can be divided into three smaller spaces and extends to over 200 square metres of space. It can be divided into three self-contained rooms, ideal for break-out sessions and smaller groups.

Hire costs are dependent on the size of space needed, hours required and numbers. Our smaller spaces start from just £15 an hour plus VAT. Our full rate card gives a guide to rough costs. Food prices start from as little as £6.50/head and all food for functions is cooked or prepared freshly by our chef in our kitchen.

Parties, meetings, events



We cater in house for birthday parties, christenings, anniversaries, weddings, funerals and many other events, with food freshly prepared on our own premises complimented by a fully stocked, very reasonably priced bar (we even have our own cask ale!). Menus include choices for vegetarian and vegan and other specific dietary requirements on request.

Classroom

Our classroom is ideal for training and small meetings and the space comfortably accommodates numbers up to 25. Situated on the ground floor at Broadhurst Park and fully accessible, the room has a view of our 3G training pitches at the front of the building. The room is available by the hour and can also be booked for a half day or full day.

Outdoor pitches

We also have our very own full-size state-of-the-art all weather 3G pitch (available in thirds), as well as grass pitches suitable for training and matches. The 3G is an ideal space to book for any outdoor activity but advanced bookings is essential as availability is limited during certain periods.
