North Ferriby Pound for the Ground and Barrels donations

The totals from the fundraising on Saturday raised as follows.

Pound for the Ground £1020
Barrels £561 (including £200-PFTG winner donation)
Additional non barrel donations £299
George Baker London Marathon donations £97

Many many thanks to everyone who bought a Pound for the Ground ticket, particularly the winner of the first prize, who donated it straight back to the club via the barrels.

Thank you also to our hardy band of Pound for the Ground ticket sellers we’d be lost without you.

We are looking for additional volunteers to sell next season. If you are interested please contact the club direct.

A big thank you also to everyone who threw their notes, loose change and foreign currency into the barrels. There is a separate article on the amount of foreign currency collected this season on the ‘Fundraising’ section of the website.

The final total for the Pound for the Ground this season is a whopping £11,432.

The final total for the barrels for this season is a healthy £4257

The Development Fund now has a new committee dedicated to ensuring that all funds raised are used only for ground development.

We hope to be able to show progress on small ground projects by the start of next season.

We also plan to launch innovative initiatives next season aimed at increasing contributions to help the club meet the debts it has in connection with the ground build so your generous assistance will again be most welcome.
