Eventim have provided a short statement on the delivery of FCUM Membership cards for the 2018/19 season.
Following a number of enquiries from supporters regarding Membership deliveries recently, Eventim have provided a short statement on their progress.
Eventim provided the following statement on the delivery of 18/19 membership cards:
Memberships cards are dispatched to customers in batches, any cards that are returned in the post will be sent to the club directly for collection.
All orders made before the 15th of August have been printed and sent. Any memberships purchased after this date please allow 30 days for your card to be delivered, if you do not receive your membership card after 30 days please contact our customer service team on 0844 249 1000 who will be able to assist.
Eventim also added that any sales which have been done through the office have also been sent out.
