Match Arrangements - FC United Women vs Stockport County Ladies

FC United Women return to league action on Wednesday evening (10 April 2019) with Stockport County Ladies the visitors to Broadhurst Park.

Both sides are realistic title challengers with the visitors currently sitting top of the NWWRL Premier Division table, remaining unbeaten so far in 2018/19 and were victorious in the reverse fixture earlier this season.

The Reds will be hoping to respond with a statement performance in attempt to pick up a big three points under the floodlights, in the first midweek game of the season.

Luke Podmore’s side come in to the game off the back of a 2-1 home Argyle Cup semi-final win against Merseyrail Ladies on Sunday that saw a season-high crowd of 167 watch the game from the SMRE.

Wednesday’s match is a 7.30pm kick-off and entry is FREE for all supporters!

Spectators attending the game will be able to enter the stadium through turnstile 1, with all fans again housed in the SMRE for this fixture.

The SMRE bar will also be open throughout the evening with Manchester United’s Champions League quarter-final first leg against FC Barcelona also being shown from 8pm.
