Membership priority booking period:
Members will be able to buy one ticket per membership. In order to validate that you are a member on our booking page you will need to input on the form the name and membership number or name and phone number for all those on your order as registered on our system.

It will not allow you to proceed to the payment page until you have done this and until you have put both required fields in it will say Member not found... please try again (which changes to Membership Matched when both fields are filled in).

Please give a number for all in your booking as any missing numbers will need to be taken on the day of the match which will lead to larger queues.

Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk folder as they do sometimes end up there. We recommend that you have access to or a copy of the email when collecting tickets, just in case of any issues. Please also have some form of ID to show if required.

Important Covid-19 information for supporters considering whether to travel to Broadhurst Park:
FC United’s Broadhurst Park ground is currently situated within Tier 3 of the government Covid alert levels. The current government advice on travelling from tiers 1 or 2 to tier 3 is:

"We are advising people not to travel into or out of an area if it has been categorised as a very high alert level area.

"We are asking everyone who lives elsewhere to avoid staying overnight in a very high alert level area where possible, except for those who need to for work, education or caring responsibilities. You must not stay with anyone you do not live with from a very high alert level area or visit their home."

The advice from Manchester FA (under whose jurisdiction we fall):

“We ask that spectators follow the government guidance and do not travel into or out of ‘Very High’ Tier 3 areas.”

So it is up to individuals living in tier 1 or 2 areas to make a choice on whether they wish to travel to Broadhurst Park having taken account of the advice.

Ticket Q&A - answers to common questions we’ve had from earlier sales:

Q: I don’t know my membership number and I want to buy tickets in the member priority sale.
A: You don’t need your membership number in order to buy. Members need to put their name and either the membership number or the phone number you registered when taking out the membership.

Q: when I put my name on the form it says ‘Member not found... please try again’.
A: Yes it will say that until you also put in either your membership number or phone number. Only when one of those is added to your name will it validate.

Q: How many tickets can I buy on my membership?
A: You can buy for other members if you have their details but it is only 1 ticket per membership.

Q: I’m not yet a member. Can I join and buy a ticket?
A: Yes you can still join the membership and then buy a ticket. You won’t get your new membership number until cards are sent out but you can buy tickets in the priority sale using your name and the phone number you register when taking out membership.

Please note there is the potential for the membership scheme to be suspended for a couple of weeks if we get a home draw against an EFL side in the FA Cup first round proper to ensure tickets go to our supporters.

Q: I can’t make it work
A: If you have carefully read the instructions and still can’t buy then please email seasontickets@fc-utd.co.uk and we’ll see if we can help however 90% of queries we receive during the sale of previous tickets was because people hadn’t read the instructions

Q: I’ve booked the wrong game.
A: The booking page will show all available matches so please check you are buying for the right game.
